Interes rates without change The Council of Monetary Politics during the meetings in the end of September this year, maintaining the reference Rate on the previous level- 3, 5%. This level has been established in July 2009 and is the lowest in the history. The Council of Monetary Politics with its decision stated that the economic ituation in EURO zoon as well as in the American market is much better. Also the results of the Polish economy show the improvement of the economic situation, however with the highest rate of unemployment and slower grow of payments. The majority of analytics on the financial market state that the NBP interest rate will be on the some level to the end of the III quarter 2010.
