Poland is one of Europe's few countries that did not go into the time of recession in 2009. As Nadine Castagna, Director of MIPIM said, Poland has been chosen because of its excellent economic performance and was described as " an island of growth in a crisis-ridden Europe' in the face of the global economic crisis. Poland achieved positive growth of 1.4% in 2009.

Events and conferences’ programme have been organized to turn the spotlight on Poland's investment and economic potential. During the MIPIM 2010 you have the great occasion to visit the Polish exhibition zone and gain more information of Polish developments and also meet with key leaders.

On Tuesday, March 16, during the speech of Rafał Biniak, Vice-Minister for Economy in Poland, you can learn about the investment and real estate development opportunities of Poland.

Even over 300 professionals form Poland are expected at MIPIM 2010. Exhibitors will have about 66 sq.m. area needs for events, conferences, project presentations, cocktail parties. This year Polish exhibitors will be grouped in two display area. The first area, in conjunction with Euro 2012, will promote urban projects. The second will enhance local and regional investment potential.
